PHILOSOPHY
Cosmetic surgery can be exciting, but recovery may also feel overwhelming. My goal is to bridge the gap between surgery and recovery with knowledgeable, personalized support throughout the healing process, while providing a optimal healing environment.
Every client’s recovery is different and care is tailored to your procedure, stage of healing, individual needs, and surgeon’s instructions. Services include manual lymphatic drainage, medical grade red light therapy, swelling and fibrosis management, incision monitoring, compression garment guidance, and continued observation for potential complications.
My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident during every stage of your recovery.
ABOUT ME
I’m Veronica Taboada, RN, BSN, MLD-C, CPST—a registered nurse specializing in manual lymphatic drainage and post-plastic-surgery recovery care.
As an instructor for the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, I bring both clinical experience and advanced lymphatic training to every appointment. I have cared for patients throughout Texas and work closely with surgeons and their teams to help ensure safe, consistent continuation of care.
Every client receives private, one-on-one support tailored to their procedure, stage of healing, and individual recovery needs.

MLD (MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE)
POST OP PACKAGE
FIBROSIS TREATMENT
During surgery there is trauma to our lymphatic system which results in swelling. MLD provides more efficient healing from surgery by assisting the removal of excess water and metabolic waste from affected tissue in the body, thus reducing swelling and fluid retention. MLD also supports relaxation, helps with pain management after surgery.
This is a specialized type of treatment that should be performed by a MLD certified specialist.
*Please note this is not considered a traditional massage and NO INCISIONAL DRAINAGE is performed*
This package includes medical grade Infrared and Near Infrared light therapy, and 1 Colombian post op compression garment guidance, and continued coordination of care with your surgeon and medical team.

Post-liposuction fibrosis is the appearance of extra fibrous tissue. In addition, fibrosis swells the surrounding tissues and causes hardening of the area.
There is no way to say who can develop fibrosis, but if you developed it don't worry, fibrosis can be treated at early stage with manual lymphatic drainage. If it is more chronic, a combination of therapies can help to soften the tissue and restore the affected area.
